Lindsey has over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges and create a sustainable life in recovery. With a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a background in Psychology of Addictions, she integrates mindfulness, expressive arts, somatic techniques, along with other evidenced-based modalities into her practice.
Lindsey understands the impact that addiction can have not only on the individual but on the family system as well. Her approach is eclectic as she employs a holistic, humanistic, and systemic lens on recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders and customizes treatment to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.
Lindsey has experience working in various treatment settings, including intensive outpatient programs, adolescent inpatient treatment, and community-based addiction services. Her diverse experience enables her to effectively support individuals at different stages of their healing journey.
Committed to fostering connection and empowerment, Lindsey combines her professional expertise with a deep empathy born from personal experience. She believes in the innate resilience of individuals, the importance of connection, and the power of healing and guides them toward positive change.
