Dr. Spencer is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She attended the Fairfield University Egan School of Nursing and Health Studies. She was awarded the St. Ignatius Loyola Medal for Scholarship, Leadership, & Service upon graduation.

Dr. Spencer’s approach to psychiatric care is non-judgmental and compassionate. She will meet the client where they are at, and collaborate with the client to help them meet their stated goals. She has experience in mental health treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In these settings, as well as Intensive Outpatient Programming, she has managed patients with addiction, dual diagnosis, and mental health needs. She has extensive experience providing medication management and therapy services via telehealth.
