Sarah Trepp, LCSW
Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service with a Masters of Social Work. Since then she has worked in inpatient settings with adolescent, young adult, adult, and older adult populations. Sarah has experience in individual and group work, as well as multiple interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, and Mindfulness practices. She can assist you in learning skills and techniques that will help you tolerate difficult emotions or distress, communicate more effectively with others, set boundaries, and resolve conflicts.
Sarah takes a client-centered, strengths based approach to therapy which helps her meet you where you are and address your current needs and concerns while finding solutions to obstacles you may face. She has experience working with individuals struggling with life transitions, depression, anxiety, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Sarah is passionate about the field of social work and assisting clients with attaining their goals.
